Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot

The City of St. Albert operates year-round Recycling Depot for residents to drop-off household waste in a convenient and environmentally-friendly way. Please follow all signage and dispose of plastic bags and other garbage at the provided waste receptacles.

The Recycling Depot is open to residents of St. Albert only, proof of residency may be required. Non-residents and commercial vehicles will be turned away by on-site staff.

TIRES

The Depot accepts passenger vehicle and bicycle tires as well as the rims. The following can be dropped off:

  • Car, light/medium truck tires - rim diameter up to 19.5"
  • Off-the-road tires - rim diameter up to 39"
  • Bicycle tires

The City of St. Albert does not accept the following items:
