Main Bulk Water Station
The City offers a prepaid, self-serve station for our bulk water customers. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Closed during winter). This bulk water station provides potable water from the City water distribution system via a 2.5" male Camlock connection.
All users must have an approved bulk water account and an access code before using the system.
The bulk water services program collects personal information under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) and is managed in accordance with the provisions of FOIP. Personal information may be used and shared with external services provides for registration, administrative, and billing program purposes. If you have any questions about the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information, please contact the City’s Utilities Manager at 780-459-1557.
When logging in to or applying for a Flowpoint account, you will be transferred from the City of St. Albert website to that of an external service provider.
The portable bulk water operating station is currently located in South Riel on Richardson Drive (located east of Ray Gibbon Drive at LeClair Way).

Emergency Contact: If you encounter a system leak or failure at the station after hours, call the City’s Fire Hall dispatch number at 780-458-2020 to speak with an operator.
