It’s Beginning to Look A lot Like…the Holiday’s in St. Albert!
The snow is here, and the stores are starting to fill with holiday shoppers! The festive season is officially upon us again. Each November, the City of St. Albert decks the halls with holiday lights and décor to celebrate the holiday season.
Our crews work hard to light up most of the downtown core, including Perron Street and St. Anne Street, the St. Albert Clock Tower, Servus Place, city signs, and the St. Albert 50 Plus Club. A crew of six to eight people spread out around the City to hang approximately 125,000 LED bulbs and kick off the holidays. This is around 15,000 feet of cord!
Our lights will stay up until the Ukrainian New Year passes.
